Lisa and Robbie Carnes started out in Real Estate as an investor in 1999 while living in Frisco Texas. Where they began buying and selling properties as investors. After many in the Real Estate Industry started recruiting Lisa to become an agent, she decided to get her license.

Lisa has sold properties all over Texas and parts of Oklahoma.

In 2015, they moved to Galveston full-time and have been proud islanders ever since.

As Investors, they have purchased over 27+ properties and counting. They have experience in everything from vacation rentals, annual rentals, foreclosures, short sales, 1031 Exchanges to flips.

Mary Huckabay started working with the Carnes Realty Group in October 2020. Mary made the move to Galveston in April 2020, and quickly fell in love with the city's charm and coastal beauty.

In her free time, Mary enjoys indulging in her creative side, particularly making homemade artisan soaps and artisan cookies. She also loves to stay active by walking on the seawall and riding her bike everywhere, taking advantage of the city's many outdoor opportunities.

Mary is a proud mother of three grown children, and is extremely proud of their accomplishments. Her passion for helping others, combined with her expertise in the real estate industry, make her a valuable asset to the Carnes Realty Group team.

Kelsey Carnes joined the Carnes Realty Group team in 2022. Prior to becoming an agent, Kelsey contributed her expertise in marketing and administration to the company, gaining valuable experience in the industry.

A proud resident of Galveston, Kelsey loves the island lifestyle and takes full advantage of all the outdoor activities that Galveston has to offer. She can often be found soaking up the sun at the beach with friends, riding her bike along the seawall, paddleboarding, or playing sand volleyball.

Nancy joined the Carnes Realty Group team in 2018. With eight years of living in Galveston, Nancy has a deep knowledge and appreciation for the unique character of the island and its real estate market.

When not helping clients find their dream homes, Nancy loves staying active through Crossfit, hiking, and biking. Her love of challenging herself physically is not limited to the gym, as evidenced by her impressive achievement - a 26.2 mile RUK on the Galveston beaches with a 35lb backpack. Originally scheduled to be done in New Mexico, the event was cancelled due to Covid, but Nancy and her Crossfit friends adapted to the local conditions and made it happen in Galveston.

Nancy's enthusiasm for Galveston doesn't stop at outdoor activities. She also enjoys attending the island's many wonderful events and trying out new restaurants and bars. With her knowledge of the local scene and her dedication to her clients, Nancy is a valuable asset to the Carnes Realty Group team.
